HIGHLIGHT: Innovation on the Water: A New OC4 Fin

There’s something new taking shape in the Shuswap — and it’s built right into our new 4-seater Outrigger Canoe purchase.  Our club has been working on a custom-designed "fin" developed to improve OC4 tracking and overall performance.  Created here in the Shuswap, the project brought together practical experience on the water with the creativity of a young designer using 3D printing technology.  It’s a great example of how new ideas and local collaboration can move the sport forward and we are proud to be part of something that blends tradition with innovation.
UPDATE:  The fin has been completed and looks great!  Relief valves and Stern Cap installed this week.  Huli recovery Sun May 31. Launch in lake next week.  We'll see you on the water.
